1) All registered customers will earn 10 Reward Points for every dollar spent before tax. Guest Checkouts without an account do not qualify for reward points.
2) Reward Points can be redeemed towards any item listed in our Reward Points Store.
3) Reward Items include free shipping within Canada excludes remote locations. Customers who reside in a remote location would be required to pay the exact shipping costs to your location. Gift Vouchers will be sent via email.
4) You can view your current point balance by logging into your customer account.
5) Points are issued only on orders in which the payment was received in full, and in which no refunds, exchanges or other discrepancies were made.
6) Reward points have NO CASH VALUE, and may NOT be redeemed for cash.
7) In the event of an error in point balances, reward points will be corrected based on order record information. And such order record information, will in all cases determine actual customer reward point balances. The online balance information, shall only be used as a reference. Actual point totals will again only be based on actual orders, that were not cancelled, exchanged, refunded, or if any other discrepancy should occur.
8) To redeem your points for any reward program reward product, you will need to complete the appropriate method of submission. You will find this information by clicking the “Redeem Rewards” button. Please allow between 2 to 4 weeks for shipment of any reward point program items.
9) Reward Store items are subject to availability at the time of redemption. We reserve the right to change any item in our rewards store at anytime. In the event a customer redeems for an item that is no longer available we will notify the customer who may choose another item.
10) We reserve the right to: alter, suspend, cancel or terminate our Reward Points Program, it’s terms and conditions or any portion of this program at anytime.
