How are subscription and orders shipped?

We ship the majority of subscriptions and orders orders and via UPS, Fedex, Purlolator or Canpar. We ship all orders and subscriptions our Toronto Ontario location. For customers who require shipping to a P.O Box or for customers who live in remote locations we typically ship via Canada Post. You will be emailed a tracking number with every order.
